why is my Peugeot 206 engine making a ticking noise
my car makes a ticking noise that increases with the revs. my mate was
supposed to have done an oil change and cam belt etc about 6 months ago
and l took it to a garage today who said it could be one of the hydraulic
lifters collapsing or the tappetts.
Wrong-- it is the self-destruct device built into all Peugeots
you hear. It will all be over soon..
Could be the timing belt..
